Step 1: Pick Up
the Phone
When your guests approach the phone station at your event, they’ll see a simple, easy-to-read sign with instructions. All they need to do is to pick up the phone to start their message!
Step 2: Listen to the greeting message
Once they pick up the phone, the first thing they’ll hear is a pre-recorded greeting message from the couple, host, or event organizers (depending on your preference).
This message could be a warm welcome or a personal invitation to leave their well-wishes.
Example Greeting: “Hello, thank you for celebrating with us today! Please leave your message after hearing a beep!”
Step 3: Record
your message
After the greeting message, guests will hear a short beep, signaling that it's time to start recording their message. Guests speak freely, sharing well-wishes, memories, or funny anecdotes—it's all about creating heartfelt, unique moments.
Step 4: Hang up
when finished
Once guests are finished with their message, they simply hang up the phone to save their recording. It’s that simple!
All recorded messages are automatically saved, and they will be available to you later, on a Google Drive link (valid for 1 month) and a USB drive.
